The penthouse apartment at Avershaw House had an incredible roof terrace.
In fact, it proved more intriguing than the interior space. While I had a break in the clouds, I was lucky to capture the outdoor space on a wet, grey day.
Sometimes you have no choice what time of day you can shoot a property, so mid afternoon sun high in the sky caused excessive shadow across the terrace.
The scattered clouds drifting across the sky, however, added to the mood of the shoot, and helped slightly distract from the unwanted shadows.
